RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (for the Berets), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maewenn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and need to have a proof of postage, as we can't accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and designs may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, different light conditions with the use of various photographic equipment for the photoshoots, slight differences in product finishes (they are all handcrafted) and other factors.

In purchasing from MAEWENN Designs, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like the custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We do not accept any refund request for change of mind or misused of the product that contributed to the problem


In case of exchanges, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

You will be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock
  • We are unable to authorise your payment
  • If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
