All our parcels are shipped from Australia. Parcels are delivered nationwide in between 2 to 5 business days (depending on destination).
The delays for distant countries will therefore be longer as they go through the Australian postal service, then the local country's postal service and the local customs.
Please expect several weeks for long distance destinations. These delays are normal for such destinations and do not result from our goodwill.

We will of course gladly provide you with assistance if any issues are reported regarding the delivery of your parcel.
Sterling silver is made of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% other metals. 100% silver is a very soft and difficult metal to work with, that’s why 92.5% silver is considered as the high-quality standard for silver jewellery worldwide.
Sterling silver jewellery is actually best worn every day as the frequent use will prevent the build-up of tarnish and dust on the metal.
Sterling silver is a durable, timeless metal, and when cared for properly it can last a lifetime.
All Sterling silver will naturally tarnish with time and wear.
To clean your sterling silver and to keep it shiny, simply use a sterling silver polishing cloth or dip it into a sterling silver cleaning solution.
We recommend polishing your sterling silver jewellery regularly for a better result.
Our gold plating jewellery has a base layer of sterling silver with a 18K gold plating. It is suitable for everyday wear, but like anything plated, it will eventually tarnish over time and wear. As the jewellery is not solid gold, extra care should be taken to diminish tarnishing and prolong the longevity of your pieces.
You can clean your gold-plated jewellery with gentle wet wipes or chemical free soft cloth to gently rub your piece to remove dust and dirt.
Do not use a sterling silver or solid gold polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.
Jewellery finishing is a term that is used to define the processes that add the final touches to a piece of jewellery.
The difference between brushed and polished is that a product with a polished finish isn't treated to have a texture, but a very shiny and smooth reflective surface.
A brushed finish is not smooth nor reflective and has a texture to it. It looks as if the texture was made with a wire brush. You can see tiny brush-like marks on the finish, hence the name brushed finish.
The diameter of the berets is 28 cm. It’s slightly extensible thanks to its unique manufacturing process and the natural stretch of the wool material. One size fits all.
You can easily expend the size of the berets of a few centimetres by working the edge of the beret with your thumbs.
The berets are suitable for both men and women.
